"Service at breakfast fantastic every single day. Very good hotel gym. Service at reception could be improved and more friendly. Rather than offer free upgrade (VIP perk), offered us an upgrade for cost. Hair dryer full of dust - very dirty and couldn’t use. Room noisy on 9th floor - appeared from windows given temperature delta from sunlight however wasn’t too warm outside, woke us up very early each morning. Fantastic location immediately across from Albert Hall."

"The staff is very friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough about how friendly the staff are here. They were always willing to help and ensured we were doing well. Amazing. The breakfast was good. Hotel is very quiet. We extended our stay here based on how happy we were with the hotel."

"Room was spotless, very comfortable beds, and spacious. No air con in our room but was very quickly rectified by staff bringing up a fan. Very helpful reception staff, all of them ready with a lively smile and greeting. Great staff at the restaurant, very conscientious, although the menu was a bit pricey!"
