Excellent apartment. Clean and tidy. Could benefit from a welcome pack with takeaway menus.

The hotel was clean and tidy however we had an incident where our room was double booked and when we came home at the end of our night out there were people in the bed. We were given another room, but at that time of night it was a real inconvenience and we consider this to be a serious security risk. Even though the room was changed we received no apology, and they do not respond to emails either regarding complaints.
