The reception staff, and especially George, the manager, were absolutely great. They dud all that they could to help us get what we want with regard to the type of the room. Excelent service. The room was very big and cosy. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the city centre and 10 minutes walk from piccadily train station. Breakfast was o.k. not more then that and the service at breakfast was poor.

Really great hotel - perfect for singles also as you feel very safe . Staff are all super welcoming and friendly . The building is stunning also. Food is good nice tapas style menu available too Stay here you won’t regret it !
