Great stay in a magnificent hotel
"I had a wonderful stay with very helpful, pleasant staff who were willing to deal with a couple of queries I had. The service was quick and efficient and the quality of the food and pool area was very good. I will definitely stay again when in Newcastle."

"Stay was good, location great, bathroom could have been a little cleaner, attention to detail on taps fittings, black mould on bath overflow around taps and hand rails, bed very comfortable, room service great, reception great."
