The staff are very helpful and friendly and good at their jobs including reception staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping staff. Breakfast is lovely and fresh with lots of choice and staff warm and efficient. Great location as you can walk out onto the Quayside area and the Millenium Bridge. No traffic. View of river. No traffic noise in rooms. Lovely clean rooms with plenty of hot water. Efficient room service.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet. Little noise from traffic or people. Loads of hot water. Lovely clean sheets. Delicious fresh varied breakfast. Really nice to walk straight out of the hotel onto Quayside. Fresh milk and a tea pot in the room would have made it perfect ! Staff really friendly and quick room service.
