"The staff were very friendly and the room was ideal for a short stay. I would say 9/10. My mark would have been 10 if there had been a small bedside table with a lamp. Otherwise, it was much as I expected."

"Everything was great about the property except, because I forgot to bring a converter for England, the only way I could charge my phone was to leave it in the office. The USB charger in the room did not work. It was otherwise a perfect location for a great night’s sleep before heading home and had good food choices right on site."

"Very well located in Waterloo. The proximity to the main attractions within London. and to the tube stations really helped enhance the experience. Additionally, the rooms were simple, clean and well sized. Just comfortable for two adults. We didn't make use of the kitchenette, but it was nice to have it handy and available."
