The hotel’s location was convenient; everything was nearby, including restaurants, shops, and the stunning Kesington park. The room was clean, the food was really good, and the staff were very helpful, pleasant and professional.

Such a lovely room and great value for how nice it was. Breakfast was also lovely. Fantastic location, especially for the Albert Hall, plus we got to see a real sumo wrestler in the lobby. Will definitely come back.

Beautiful hotel right on Kensington Gardens. Comfortable bed, friendly staff, gorgeous decor. Certainly on the pricey side, but we treated ourselves and it was well worth it.

Great property in a desirable location of London. The staff was very accommodating to a very tired traveler and helped me plan accordingly from my first full day in the city once I recharged. Accommodating any last minute requests I had. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel.

Adjacent to Kensington Gardens and a nice walk to local points of interest, including Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, the London eye, good shopping, etc it would be a lot of walking for younger kids though.

The staff, service & food were excellent. Unfortunately the standard room was very small. We should have booked a larger one. Couldn’t even get the in room dining trolley inside & only one chair. Poor really.
