"The staff at Rosa Grand Milano were amazing and actually made sure any and all requests were met. They helped with locating a cab, both concierge and bar tender helped with locating great dining options. I cannot express how kind and amazing the staff was, especially Daniele at the morning breakfast and at the bar. He went out of his way anytime we needed help. The place has an amazing scent when you walk in and the cleanliness was nothing but perfect. The breakfast that they offered was also amazing and had everything you can imagine. Even our maid was amazing both in morning and at night. I highly recommend this hotel as not only for what I mentioned, but the proximity of all areas to visit. Definitely a must when going to Milano. "
