We had a lovely time staying at the Hotel Artemide. All the staff we met were friendly, helpful and polite. We were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is well situated for many of Rome's tourist attractions, restaurants and shopping. It is a 15 minute walk from the main railway station with direct trains to and from the main airport.

Everything from checkin to checkout was wonderful. Allowed for me to store bags till check in and had great reception area with coffee and tea. It was my birthday and the manager gifted me with a bottle of champagne. The spa was small but more than enough. Room clean and comfortable. Most important I felt safe and secure.

A very nice hotel walking distance to trevi and colosseum. Impeccable service! Alessandro was very nice and helpful! By the end of our stay we felt like home. He even give us a little gift when we left. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

The staff was welcoming and friendly from the front desk to the bellhop to Mauricio at the rooftop bar. It was a great first couple days for my first time to Rome before check in at an AirBnB. Believe the photos. The breakfast spread was incredible with alot to offer. I appreciated the sitting areas as well when needing space to make calls. The spa was a much needed place to unwind after a long flight. I'm so happy I chose this hotel!

Great hotel for our 5 night stay in Rome. Amazing buffet breakfast and the staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The evening rooftop bar was fabulous, lovely atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. Perfect for a romantic meal with a view!

We had the best 5 night stay here, the staff were incredibly friendly and the facilities were excellent. I really appreciated the two free glasses of Prosecco on the rooftop bar to get settled in. The location is very central and easy walking distance to all the main sites. And in August heat, the air conditioning was much appreciated. The only downside was the building next door is under going construction which you could hear throughout the day but we were mostly out exploring so it didn’t bother us. We will definitely be coming back to this fabulous hotel for future visits!
