This stay was absolutely perfect for our trip!! Super clean rooms, so nice to have a mini kitchen as well. The AC worked great the entire time - we went in August so it was 95 degrees plus everyday! The views of the city are breathtaking as well!! The only drawback (which would not even deter me from booking again) is that it is a bit of a walk (~10 minutes) from the city center, BUT do not let that stop you from booking. Already planning our trip for next year!

This property is exceptional. Luxurious accommodations in a quiet and safe area. Fantastic coffee shop at the end of the block. Everything about the stay was incredible, from the housekeeping to the ease of catching a taxi to the overall helpfulness of the staff. I am already looking forward to my next stay!

We had a great stay here, a very luxurious modern apartment for the price we paid and just a stones through from the river with beautiful views and a reasonable walk into centre of Florence, which took about 15-20 mins. Over our short 3-night stay we had housekeeping services and a personal touch of a note to acknowledge a celebration during our trip. We didn’t have enough days to really make use of all the facilities provided within the apartment, but we would gladly chose to stay here again on future visits!

The room was exquisite and clean we booked a Studio Flat and it was amazing! The staff was so kind they gave me complimentary champagne, a cake and balloons for my birthday all unexpected and it was very appreciated! The laundry room was also top tier they provide everything you could need in there. Overall, my experience was amazing for my first time in Florence, the property is beautiful and located on a nice street I would definitely book again. Thank you Teatro!

A Very chic and modern hotel with courteous staff. Close to many popular places but not in a crowded area. Very safe neighborhood. We had the two bedroom suite which was very spacious for the four of us. The kitchen had everything you needed to make your family breakfast. Everything was upgraded, modern looking and clean. We had a nice stay there and we would definitely go back.

I have no complaints about this property. This place lacks nothing a 5 star hotel would have. With the exception of room service but they have a great restaurant /cafe attached to the hotel but not accessible from the inside but the walk is like 30 seconds. Free access to laundry as well as free detergent. Great concierge service as well. I would definitely stay here again! VERY SPACIOUS and beautiful rooms. We would stay here again and again.

This newly constructed property in Florence is exceptional in every way. The location is ideal, the staff are friendly and incredibly helpful, and the accommodations are spacious and comfortable — more than enough room for guests traveling in a small group. Will definitely return!

Beautiful stay! Spacious rooms and extremely clean. Friendly staff A bit outside of the main city, but walkable distance to bus and metro stations. Grocery store nearby if you fancy cooking in the kitchen and live like a local for a few days. Loved my stay with my partner and will definitely book again.

Kitchen is equipped enough for a large family. Very modern accommodation and great location. A little distance from the center of town but 2 minutes from the US consulate and great area to walk around. Canal is 2 minutes away they have a taxi service that is never more than a few minutes away. Honestly the nicest staff ever so helpful and passionate about thir city. I would stay here every time i come to Florance!
