"The location of the hotel is just outside of the noisy city area but it is very close to everywhere we needed to see and eat/shop. The property was clean and the staff members were very professional. The only thing was that the bed was very small but it is normal for Italy."

"We stayed 4/12-4/14 and from the moment we arrived we were treated very well. We arrived early and we were able to checkin early. The room was a nice size for European standards. The room was decorated with a cross between Old World and modern style. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The rooftop breakfast was lovely. All the hotel staff were very friendly, professional, very attentive and helpful. An extra thank you to Daniele for going above and beyond with being helpful in helping me deal with a credit card challenge. The location was excellent, easily walk to all the main sites. I would definitely recommend Hotel Calimala to my family and friends!"

"They shouldn’t accommodate people in a room right next to the front desk, the noisy part of the hotel. Crazy loud specially when operating big tours and groups of vacationers. Super noisy, kids running up and down the stairs and aisle all night long"
