The location was great everything we wanted to see was in short walking distance . Everything was close . Really only issue was it is a bit small , mattress was not very comfortable get a new one and all would have been better . The little extra room had 2 chairs but TV was in main room with bed so sat on bed to watch a movie . I know there’s not much you could do with the size but we did have fun sitting on patio and watching the crowds . Loved Florence would recommend highly .

Mold, dirty, and unsafe. Not a good neighborhood. The photos on the website are misleading. 5 locks on the door, broken shutters, poor lighting, light bulb burned out, dishwasher stinks, mold in bathroom, dirty around the toilet, and caution tape pealing off the stairs. The stairway to the apartment was scary and unsafe. We were very disappointed and told management and they were willing to move us for a fee the next day. We could not move due to yours. Don't book.

Oh my!!! This apartment is amazing. Such cool furnishings and architectural details. It was a highlight of our stay in Florence. One thing to keep in mind - the bedroom on the left tends to be a little loud since it faces an active restaurant on the street.
