Stayed at this location for four nights for our first visit to Florence - wonderful location for the tourist attractions, as well food scene. The apartment was spacious, clean and well maintained - with a wonderful air conditioner. Will be staying here again for our next visit.

Love the apartment in the center of the city we booked it one day before and was able to get an amazing rate. The property was clean and even had Laundry in the appointment! Had everything that you need in the kitchen area, had two separate rooms snd 2 bathrooms. It was perfect , very easy to access and very convenient. Also, all the rooms have AC units even the kitchen. Which is a huge plus especially when it’s super hot. Very close to everything and has an amazing supermarket just a few steps down. Highly recommend this apartment.

Great location. There was a cafe at the front of the location. It is located in a university building but you couldn’t tell. Only bad is that there was no English TV stations. Everything else was perfect.

The team from Firenze rentals got in touch soon after I’d booked the apartment with a welcome email that was very thorough and thoughtful. Although they stated 3pm was the earliest you could check in someone met us at the apartment at 1.30pm as we had an early flight. The guy who met us explained everything in detail relating to the apartment. The apartment itself was exactly as described, and aircon next to both beds which was needed as it was 38 degrees for most of the week. We took our 9yr old and she had the pullout sofa and found it comfortable and slept like a baby. Our bed was firm but very comfortable. There was a coffee machine with coffee and snacks when we arrived too which was a nice touch. The location was a 5 minute walk from the duomo and restaurants all around. We didn’t hear any noise at all for the week we there. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

We found this apartment charming, very clean, and you couldn't ask for a better location with it being just a stone's throw from the Duomo and center of Florence activity once you left the building. Communication through Expedia messaging with the host made it the checkin simple, with the host meeting us at the entrance of the building at a set time and walking us through the apartment. With hot days in Florence during our stay, the air conditioning was key, as were the three additional floor fans that we could move around which was especially useful for airflow at night while sleeping in the loft bed. We would come back to this very spot again in the future. It made our Florence days that much more special.

Clean rooms and person waited 1 hour for us even though it wasn't a hotel. Mai. Reason being FreeNow app for taxi and Uber app doesn't seem to pick up any taxi at all. What we didn't like: From pictures of property it shows balcony which wasnt there. Shower in bathroom was smallest we have ever seen. Water pressure for shower was very low. What we liked: Very good location to visit historical places. Internet was high speed 100+ Mbps Room is very spacious, has kitchen, some utensils, dishes and cups.
