"The hotel is right in the enter of town. It is a close walk to all the sites. The breakfast service was excellent and offered the opportunity to enjoy coffee and breakfast outside. The staff was incredibly helpful to me as a solo first time traveler to Italy. Victorious and Massimo were incredibly helpful as I was having great difficulty getting train tickets to Milan."

"The property was very clean and had everything we needed, especially air conditioning! It was essential to use the public bus service as it is too far to walk into the centre and not possible to use the car. The service was not totally reliable the week we stayed although not expensive if you pay using contactless."

"Beautiful, well maintained hotel with friendly staff. The pool was clean and sunny, and not too busy in May. Easy to get into Florence by bus, which is only 1€, which I would recommend for dinner as there are not many places to eat nearby and the hotel restaurant is expensive. "
