Pool was good for a quick dip on a hot day but not a full swimming pool and not many lounge chairs. Spa was nice too. Water station on each floor and washer and dryer was nice to have (need euros). Skip the room service pizza. It was not good at all. Many other places to find good pizza. "

"My family and I were so impressed with this hotel and the staff. It's a great, clean and well kept property in a wonderful location. It's a 5 minute walk to the Duomo and it is a great location for food, shopping and sightseeing. We had a suite which was spacious and clean. The hotel staff is what really makes this hotel special. Everyone who works there is so friendly, helpful and attentive to all of their guests. For example, Angela was extremely helpful and offered guests ideas on what to see in other cities. I could say something about all of the front desk staff and bellmen, but I don't have their names. Seriously, they are the best hotel staff!! I 100% recommend this hotel and My family and I would stay here again. We are picky about where we stay and we all loved it. "
