The entire property stands out. The food and the wine are excellent. We adored the assistance we got from top notch staff: Franz, Tonya, Marco and Alessandro—incomparable welcome and service. The horse stables were a treat. We swam twice in the cool pool and loved it. Kudos, friends!

Excellent quality of room. Enjoyed rooftop drinks and dinner - although somewhat chilly in October. Wonderful view of harbor and Vesuvius - marred by harbor front obstruction noise during the day. Very helpful staff at front desk.

The hotel is located in a safe area and a walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. We stayed in the hotel for one night, and enjoyed our short visit of Naples. It’s a short drive, less than 10 minutes from Naples Airport and close the port for ferries.

The service was amazing

I was in room 328 and was so small I couldn’t walk around the bed, the curtains wouldn’t draw so I had light in my room all night. I asked if I could please have some milk for my tea and coffee, I had to go downstairs and get it myself from the bar on the rooftop. The room was clean but I don’t think worth the money I paid.
