"La Medusa is truly a lovely hotel—intimate, elegant, and absolutely charming. The service was phenomenal from start to finish, and the restaurant staff was exceptional. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with stunning grounds and gardens that are even more breathtaking at night. Every detail creates such a warm and memorable atmosphere. I cannot wait to return with my friends and family. I had the most perfect mother-daughter trip, and La Medusa was the perfect place to make those memories. I highly recommend it and look forward to visiting again!"

"Absolutely beautiful hotel in the perfect location. The restaurant and bar are fantastic, and the rooftop bar is very cool. The rooms are very nice and modern, much more spacious than most European hotels. And the staff is absolutely fantastic. We will definitely return."

"Our room was located in the building attached that was renovated in March 2026. The room size was adequate, bathroom a little small. Air conditioning worked great. Perfect location to food and ruins as well as “the square”. We did have an odor in the bathroom that we reported in the morning as it did not smell at checkin. Nice breakfast"

"The location of the property is ideal to explore Pompeii, right at the beginning of the main road where all the restaurants and amenities can be found, however inside it was really quiet and calm, the garden was the perfect place to relax and unwind after walking around the area, not to mention the great food we enjoyed in this area when we dined in the hotel. The amenities in the room were great, the cleanliness second to none, the staff friendliness was the most outstanding fact we encounter. Michelle and Ludmila in the restaurant, Luigi and all the reception team were very attentive and willing to go the extra mile for any request we had. Thoroughly enjoyed stay and will come back to this place without thinking twice. We found the perfect place in Pompeii for our next holiday, we felt well looked after and secure in this beautiful family run Hotel."

"Very nice place, not fancy but very cozy and homy the owners were really nice u can find parking on the street or if u come with train is very close. Also Pompei is just right there 5 min frome the entrance. The room was cleen and the bathroom small but cleen, maybe if I have to say something not a complain only an observation the shower had was to high.honestly overall was very nice the breakfast was included and it was simple, Elena made us a cappuccino. FYI they will ask a stay taxes it's normal and legit just be ready with some cash. Highly recommended."

"A slightly remote hotel with very good facilities. The staff are very helpful and the pool a delight. The rooms are very good and the view too. The dining/breakfast room is good and the dinner menu excellent. Good hotel shuttle service too, beating ITTaxi (who failed to show many times) and Uber (expensive)."
