The property and grounds were beautiful and well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Location is not the best. Rooms are very clean, however dated and beds were very hard.

We had a great experience during our visit in June. Staff were great and food very good. We liked the fact that the hotel can arrange a driver (at a reasonable fee) to take you places such as the marina to get the ferry.

Pleasant stay!

Great stay at this property. Staff very helpful, friendly and attentive. Nice breakfast with good a tasteful choices. Nice environment, beautiful garden with swimming pool. Car park with lots of spaces available .

A nice hotel with super friendly staff. We had an excellent experience here and will definitely go back to in future. This hotel is very close to Sorrento, Pompeii and Amalfi if you want to day visit those areas.

The property is lovely, the staff friendly and the food excellent. BUT, this is primarily a wedding and events venue and when we arrived early October there were weddings booked for Monday and Tuesday. Italian weddings can be long, jolly affairs. Was in full swing with loud music when we arrived 2pm and wound up with fireworks around 9pm. However wedding guests staying over continued the family get together on balconies and in neighbouring room. We didn’t get much sleep. So we abandoned our second pre paid day. It is what it is, as the Italians might say - so whilst you might get lucky, at certain times of year a big event may be on most days and the pool, outdoor and indoor areas effectively used for parties. Expedia or the hotel should make this aspect of the location clear in the description.

Amazing place to stay. Staff were very nice. We arrive almost 10pm and when the kitchen was closed the staff kindly extended the kitchen time and made lovely dinner for us. Room is very clean immaculate with all the amenities. Sadly we just stayed there only 1 night as we were passing by. I'd have loved to stay more and use other facilities like the gorgeous pool.

Overall, good experience.

Overall, nice hotel. Staff is friendly and accommodating. View from the patio was beautiful. The only thing i would like to know beforehand, is that the place was rented out for events both nights of our stay, with loud music and fireworks late into the night. So, we didn't get a chance to have some quiet time. So, i can't recommend it if you're looking for a peaceful place to stay.

Extremely beautiful & very clean villa . Staff were very friendly, helpful & even allow us early check in. Breakfast was good too. We also had dinner and it was amazing. Provided shuttle drop off & pick up at extra cost. I would have give 5 star if the provided an iron in our room or at least a common area for ironing.Highly recommended.

Beautiful gem of a hotel on the outskirts of Naples and very close to Pompei. There were 12 of us including 4 young children and as soon as we arrived we were greeted by 4 young ladies who went out of their way to make sure that the process went smooth. It was raining and they even came out with umbrellas to help keep us dry. Beautiful rooms and beautiful grounds. My only comment on what I did not like was that they were hosting an over the top birthday party in the gardens and shot off fireworks from the property at about 10pm scaring the kids. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Hotel for travelers with a very strict budget.

The hotel was hosting a party, so that disturbed our rest. Nevertheless, we had been given 2 dirty towels and they did not replace them when we asked for it. Staff overall were kind. Would consider this hotel again if on a strict budget. The region around the hotel is dirty and looks like a 3rd country slum. The hotel itself is very cool, architecture-wise.

Arrived late and the staff were very helpful in securing me a late snack from the kitchen. The only drawback was the event being held outside my room in the courtyard with some woman screaming out bad karaoke until 11:30pm. Not very conducive to an early night in bed

Hidden Gem

This place exceeded our expectations. This was a last-minute booking to get us closer to the airport for an early flight. It's quite deceiving as you drive through an industrial area then come upon this oasis. Its like a private compound. The villa and grounds are gorgeous, truly stunning. The service was so wonderful and our meal was mind-blowing. We consider ourselves so lucky to have found this place. It was great for a family of four. I can see this being great for a couples retreat or a little family getaway, you can stay on property for a couple days and be totally content. We wish we had another day here to enjoy the pool and the grounds.

The parking was easy and plentiful. The facility is large and had a beautiful garden/pool area. The staff seemed a little stand-offish but not rude, perhaps they are not accustomed to many foreigners as this place is a bit off the beaten path of standard tourists. The restaurant was very good and reasonably priced for the quality and the breakfast buffet was very nice. My two complaints are the noise from the late night kitchen staff and our room faced the street so we heard a lot of traffic noise throughout the night. Also worth mentioning, although not a deterrent for everyone, the mattress and pillows were extremely hard.

>Hotel has private parking; ideal for someone coming with a car. >Friendly and helpful staff >Clean Hotel >Nice breakfast >12min. driving distance to Pompei ruins. >Sound isolation between rooms are not good. >We understand events/weddings are happening on site (esp. over the weekends). >We recommend that hotel staff to warn the guest priorly about the sound of fireworks/events. >We were about to sleep meanwhile we experienced incredible noise of fireworks, which were fired from top of our hotel room.

The hotel looks awesome . And it’s in good shape, however the frontdesk is only reduced in kindness. Nobody explained a safe way to the parking which is 5 min walking away. Along the street super unsafe, passing through the hotel area would have been safer but nobody explained that. Breakfast service wasn’t offering actively to prepare a coffee, so we took the filter coffee which was really horrible. Lights in the corridors didn’t work and it was necessary to use the flashlight of the smart phone. Was expecting a better quality.
