Honeymoon

We spent the first night of our honey moon at the romantic Miramare Hotel in Formia. The hotel (located in an old castle) is situated in a breathtaking surrounding - high up in the mountains with a spectacular view of the sea. At arrival we were greeted by a nice woman who also helped us carrying our stuff to our room, (lots of winding stairs). The Miramare is a special place! (You think of a hotel where nice and interesting people in good and old novels would stay…) Everything was super and clean! Well organised place! We had breakfast on the terrace in the sun. The waiter was very friendly and offered lots of extra bakery to make our breakfast even more sweet! We had a wonderful stay and are happy to recommend the Miramare to anyone looking for a special time.

Cheap hotel in all aspect but worked fine :-)

You get what you pay for so simple can it be said (this is not meant negative in any way), and the price was good compared to the other hotels around, all I needed was a overnight and a shower, both worked well :-)

Base ideale per escurs. Napoli, Pompei e Costiera

Hotel tranquillo, camere non eccezionali ma parti comuni invece ben vivibili e ampie. parcheggio riservato e non è poco. È una una base ideale e non troppo costosa per escursioni a Napoli Pompei Sorrento e Costiera Amalfitana. Per scendere al centro di Castellammare per prendere la Circumvesuviana e scendere a piedi e un po' scomodo non è lontano ma è meglio prendere la macchina per avvicinarsi.

Il n'y a absolument rien dans les environs. Nous avons du marcher 30 minutes pour trouver de quoi manger le plus premier jour. Le matelas ainsi que les coussins étaient très durs et vraiment pas confortable. À 5.45 le premier jour quelqu'un est venu frapper à notre porte sans aucune raison. L'hôtel s'anime la nuit et le matin il n'y a plus personne, pas même au petit-déjeuner.
