Location is great. Got a free ugrade and got a room with a view of the TV tower. Breakfast was good lots of variety, room was comfy staff was friendly and helpful. Except for the concierge guy who recommended the worst Hop om hop off bus that was very expensive compared to others. Also was dissapointed ...

Good price, friendly staff, decent rooms, brilliant location

This was our second stay at this hotel. Our room was a great suite that had plenty of room. The hotel is in a great location near the upper part of “the Royal Mile.” We look forward to staying there again in the future.

Located literally on Dam square, immaculately clean and tidy and always smells nice! Air con in the bedroom wasn’t the best unfortunately but overall a very comfortable nice stay

Art nouveau decor, luxurious feel, great welcome and service. Unfortunately we had to cut our holiday short but the staff were understanding and very helpful.

Enjoyed the stay very much. Unfortunately can't go for a swim after 7pm. Nice food, lovely service. Would definitely recommend.

The Canal View was perfect! The staff was exceptionally helpful with information.

Really good rooms and price. It wasn’t as clean as I like so wrote a message and haven’t heard back yet would of liked to stay longer nice old building.
