Perfect stay! Staff was so helpful, rooms are clean and beds were comfy. The outdoor courtyard area was lovely to hang out in, there were a few tour groups there but that didn’t bother us. Great location — close to all of the places we like to go! Would recommend!

This was our third stay at Les Jardins du Marais and the experience has been great every time! The rooms are nice and well appointed. The grounds and terrace are lovely. The staff was very good, although not as efficient as in the past, but they still took care of our needs. the hotel is in a very nice area, with close by shopping and many wonderful restaurants and bars close by. We would definitely stay here again!

Unique hotel with multiple buildings. Beautiful courtyard. Nice air conditioned room in a great location. Staff was wonderful. My only negatives were no conditioner in the shower, the elevator was a little weird, and our fridge didn’t keep anything cold.

The Staff, Jean Francoise and the others were very kind, polite and incredibly helpful. They printed directions for us and did many other things to help us and to make our trip to Paris much easier. The gardens and outside seating for relaxing is very inviting. They have a breakfast buffet for a morning when you have extra time for a longer breakfast. Thank you to all the Staff who helped us during our stay at Les Jardins du Marais!

This hotel's location is excellent for visiting the city. It was also very clean and a decent value for the money. The breakfast buffet was top notch and well worth the cost - providing excellent assortment of breakfast foods, excellent coffee, and a nice way to get the morning started. It is a bit expensive (the buffet) but overall I would say a great way to go. The housekeeping staff was just wonderfully kind and helpful.

Great location, quite central, very cute grounds (felt like a small village) and very kind and helpful staff. Our request for a fan for the room was granted within minutes. The rooms are small and dated, but we didn't care. If you use hair conditioner, bring your own, they don't supply it. Not sure if it's a france thing or a hotel thing.

Nice place. The Junior Suite was spacious but a little dated. We also stayed in a superior room during another part of the trip and it was also nice but a bit smaller. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate but I would recommend going to Moon Croissant around the corner for world class pastries.

This hotel was nice. It currently is going through some renovations but that didn’t affect our stay. Very quiet area. Very pretty patio area. Not located in a highly touristy area which we found nice. Very walkable to restaurants and pubs.

Overall we appreciated the size of our executive room and the amenities such as a kettle, coffee maker and fridge. The housekeeping was reliable. We did not like how the check in is at 4pm (a recent change apparently). This leads to many arriving guests waiting in a very warm lobby with limited seating. Not a pleasant experience. Staff are more task oriented than people oriented. Some staff members were more friendly than others. Be aware that this hotel is not technically in Le Marais (3rd and 4th arrondissement) but just outside in 11th arrondissement.
