I visited this hotel last 0627/2024 for my birthday and I felt disappointed because the price was too elevated but the rooms do no reflect the price, shower was dirty, I requested many times enough bath towels, also shower gel , the position es excellent and lobby is pretty but service in the restaurant was terrible, front desk service was good

I was very pleased with my stay at The Pullman Hotel. I chose a room with a balcony in the upper floor with a view of the Eiffel Tower and it was worth every penny. It feels very luxurious, and the rooms are huge compared to other hotels around Paris.

Love love love this property. Right next to the tower, restaurant is amazing and staff were really accommodating. I was even able to check in 3 hrs early without an issue. Got a room looking at the tower, gorgeous. Can’t wait to go back.
