Hello we recently stayed at your hotel and had a bad experience. A group of our friends all met in Paris for a 40th birthday and our 17th wedding anniversary. Our first room that we stayed in was old and had stains in the sheets, stains on the carpet and the floor boards were all chewed up like a rodent of some kind had been in there. We were moved to another room which was newer but had some kind of construction going on above us. It sounded like water leaking constantly and hammering constantly all through the night. That was every night. We put up with it because my wife didn’t feel like moving. For Mother’s Day I arranged a surprise chocolate and roses petals to be put in the room. The chocolate was put in an area she never would have seen it and the rose petals were just put in a circle on one corner of the bed. She wasn’t even blown away because it looked like some left over roses from the night before. We never could get a hold of anyone when we called reception or even room service. I even order breakfast to the room for our anniversary and that arrived with incorrect orders and incorrect juices. The shower in the bathroom wasn’t sealed properly so every time we showered the bathroom would flood. Our robes were removed from the room and never returned as well. For €500 a night that stay was horrible. Plus €60 euro for flower and chocolate that didn’t not wow my wife at all was quite disappointing. Unique...a good view of the eifel...staff cool...but we ordered breakfast and it never came so we left without having any. So i hope they refund the breakfast. I dont.like the soap and the utensil it is in..hard to pump.

I arrived early and the very kind man behind the counter assured me my room would be ready ASAP, all that was required was a sit down for coffee (12 euro tip). This was a great relief to me after my long travels to get to Paris. All was fine as promised, the room was exquisite as was the reception for me. The view was exceptional.

Great breakfast & good location near Eiffel Tower & park. Plenty of cafes in area but also very busy. Room was just ok had to climb into an elevated tub to shower & the WC had a door too big that forced you to squeeze to the side of the toilet to get out.

The staff was kind enough to check us in early to our room. The staff were very friendly. This hotel is a short block and a half from the Eiffel Tower and two blocks from river cruises and hop on hop off red bus and tootbus tours. If we return we will stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Best views of the Eiffel Tower. Absolutely magical views. Outside of that, the hotel is 3 star at best. Its very close to the tower but very far from everything else.
