Location is perfect for station for Eurostar, only a short 5 minute walk if that. Metro right at end of street, great for getting around. Lots of restaurants nearby & a small supermarket next door, handy for snacks & drinks.

Very noisy hotel, and sounds like a train is going through the building all day. (Stops between 1am and 5 am or something) This is about every 5 min. Hotel was clean and ok. Just the noise part, so if you are noise sensitive, I would not recommend. Other than this room and hotel is ok.

Conveniently located right by the metro. And I mean RIGHT BY. Right above. You could hear it every couple of minutes going by. Not in a bad way. Was kind of relaxing. Other than that, normal hotel stuff. No complaints.

The view was fantastic, seemed like you could see the whole of Paris, though only the square, recommend the balcony view. room was clean enough. Breakfast was bit limited, not value for money. Staff did not have much knowledge of the area. cost us time and money, as we ended up at the wrong place several times, my French is limited. Would have been better off if they said they did not know. very frustrating. Paris was lovely, we will visit again, but unfortunately not at this hotel.

Very close to Gare de l'Est, which was so convenient. A nice room, with a view of the old station, good bathroom. Pleasant and helpful staff. We found a good dinner in an African restaurant very nearby and breakfast in a place just around the corner and it was good also.

Great location, the property is right next to a convenience/grocery store that is open late, several restaurants and the metro. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that the air conditioning can not be controlled in the room (staff has to do it at the desk) and we felt no difference when the temp was lowered from 24 degrees Celsius to 19. It was scorching last week (temps were 90s-100 degrees F and as an American who loves air conditioning when I sleep I chose this property specifically for its location and A/C. We had to use our portable fans to help keep us cool at night. I would definitely stay here again but probably not in the summer.
