Great staff, and allowed us to check in a bit earlier than the time of check-in at no cost. Room was a bit small. It is a walk from the train station (Gar du Nord), but it isn’t that bad. Metro is right in front to get around the city. The property was average in my opinion.

The staff was wonderful from check in to out and we enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The room was small but ammenities and toiletries were good. As close as we were to the main transport hubs it was surprisingly quiet (new upgrade?). The hotel was very convenient to the metro and train lines.

The staff was friendly and very nice. The hotel was across the street from the l’est train station. 10 minute walk to the quay were they had lots of options to eat and drink. 20 minute to the Notre Dame area. It was a great stay,

I found the guys at the reception a bit unfriendly. I was given a room that faced the busy road which was really noisy. I was woken up a few times and couldn’t go back to sleep.
