The property had issues with electricity and had our lights off in the evening and at night and in the morning, we had to move to hotel across the street in the morning because nothing was fixed nor gave us a different room due to lack of free rooms. Horrible experience. I am waiting for my money back!!

The only negative is that there's no charger for iPhone 15 "C" type charger outlet in the room for international guest. we did not anticipate this in advance. But the front desk was very kind enough to have our phone charge via their computer. The next day, we prioritize to buy charger so we can communicate home.

Everything was perfectly fine but one thing where it got wierd is that I’ve had to pay €100 deposit for some reason which was meant to be returnable and then dident get it contact had to call them was meant to get a email about my prove and dident get any prove or any money back as it was a returnable deposit I left the hotel clean and made sure everything was in bins and left it all tidy .

The website charges more than the hotel on the time of arrival I paid 2x more, the hotel employee said she couldn't do anything because I had booked through the website, Iam very upset about it Another thing the hotel rooms almost you can not move inside too small, the Elevator support just 1 person with 1 small luggage, At the exit of the elevator there are steps and the access to mobility is very dangerous, definitely not for older people or people with mobility difficulties or for those with strollers and wheelchairs
