The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to offer a helping hand or suggest local hotspots to visit. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with modern amenities. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the sleek, stylish decor that made it feel like a true retreat. The breakfast spread was a highlight of my stay—so many delicious options to choose from, with fresh ingredients and plenty of variety. I also had the chance to enjoy the hotel's wellness area, which provided the perfect relaxation after a day of sightseeing.

Good hotel with an exceptional view over Hamburg. Have been here several times. Room size is great. Very nice beds and aircon. The shower is dated and below standard as you stand in an old and narrow bath tub. Overall a great room. The gym is small but clean and functional. The only drawback is the hotel breakfast, which is not very good. Low standard yoghurt and dairy products, powder scrambled eggs and dry white factory bread rolls. Not up to par with the rest of the hotel facilities.

Perfect choice

great location and nice breakfast. close to all types of public transport. the only negative experience was hearing the fire alarm go off at 2am which the reception explained as technical mistake. Otherwise we were happy with our stay. :)

Amazing views, great staff.

The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. I had a problem with another hotel nearby so had to change hotels late at night. Your staff went beyond expectation to find a nice quiet room on the 25th floor. Amazing views and very spacious!

Dissapointed guests.

When I booked I booked for 2 adults and one child of 8 years of age. I expected a room with 2 beds and one standard bed. I was more than surprised to learn that the extrabed would be charged 50€ extra per night. WE had an alternativ to let the boy slip with us in the double bed. This is outrageous that we did not get this information while booking as we would have chosen an other hotel. Or to think that a 8 years old boy would share the bed with 2 adults.

Room had a weird smell and also saw some long tailed silverfish in the room. Also - booked a twin room and it was two maddresses pushed together so not really a twin room. There were some strange people hanging out around the gym. Breakfast was super though as well as the food in the restaurant and the service from the front desk.

das Room Service war diesmal nicht so toll, das Waschbecken nicht sauber gewischt sondern fettig. Das Bett wurde sehr lieblos gemacht, die Wäsche einfach auf den Sessel geworfen. Das Frühstück und -personal war wieder top und sehr freundlich. Alles hat vorzüglich geschmeckt. Wir kommen sicher wieder.
