Gambino Hotel Werksviertel

Gambino Hotel Werksviertel

8/10 Good
"Overall stay was nice. It is surrounded by shops/restaurants that you could do take out from. We did have quite luggage so getting here from Munich hbf to Ost hbf, then walk 15 minutes to the hotel was a bit hard but once the construction by the Ost station is done, this should make it a bit better. I wish the toiletry was a bit better in quality and had not just hand wash and diluted down body wash available... overall room was very modern, but there are no desk nor shelves where you can place your items you need access to other than the little cubbie next to the sink. I would give it a 5 star if there was a mini fridge in the room, considering how hot of summer it has been and we were staying multiple days."

"Room was clean and nice. Great bathroom. Plenty of usb charging ports everywhere for devices. Pool was a great bonus to have before a long flight home. MUC airport is so convenient with the very reasonably priced airbrau beer garden on site as well as a McDonalds and a grocery store. We were so glad we decided to stay right at the airport instead of trying to train it in for an early morning flight."

"Very nice; very pleasant, had a great stay. But.. the location was frankly weird! The area around the hotel is full of dodgy men and loiterers eyeing you up. It's disconcerting. If you're a tourist, its better to be a bit nearer the main square - this is walkable, but its a bother doing it repeatedly. But certainly a perfectly fine hotel on the inside."
