"We love the Charles Hotel, the staff are so kind and thoughtful. A true 5 star hotel with all the amenities and care taken to make you feel special and totally at home. Vast breakfast choice , quiet , clean rooms furnished beautifully ."
"We had a wonderful stay. The staff is fantastic and the room was wonderful!! Also the location was ideal; everything was in walking distance. We highly recommend it!"
"The room was very hot and the hotel has no air conditioning (customers should be informed of the lack of air conditioning). Keeping the window open is impossible as the room is on a very noisy street (the hotel offers ear plugs!). The entrance code wasn’t always working and the main entrance of the hotel was very hard to open. Overall, not a great experience. "

KING's HOTEL First
10/10 Excellent
"What a great boutique hotel closed to everything in Munich. Super close to train station and convenient transportation "
"We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel, which is perfectly tailored for families. The excellent buffet breakfast offered a delightful start to our days, and the warm, welcoming staff truly made us feel at home. One of the standout features for us was the spa that accommodates children—it's rare to find such a luxury in high-end hotels, and we greatly appreciated it! Our king bed was incredibly spacious and comfortable, ensuring restful nights. We were also impressed by the quality toiletries provided, including thoughtful separate options for our child.
The hotel is conveniently located right next to the central train station, with many amenities just a few minutes' walk away. While we did notice quite a few rough sleepers in the immediate area due to the proximity to the station, we felt safe throughout our stay. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

"This is in the central area where there's lots of hotels, but this one stands out because it's clean has all the nice amenities and it isn't too expensive. "
"Hotel was very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. Close to the tram/train central station, a grocery store and near restaurants and sights. However, it's a little sketchy at night as it is near the central station. We had no issues."
