The family studio was spacious and perfect for our family of four - 2 adults, 2 children. There were two separate sleeping areas, which was a lovely surprise! The room was cleverly laid out to maximize the space. A kitchen was available and well-equipped, but we didn’t end up using it with all the amazing restaurants nearby. The facility was modern and clean. The hotel is conveniently located within steps of the Munich Central Station, which was super convenient for exploring the city via public transport. The hotel staff was kind and accommodating. We also enjoyed having a community area with access to coffee for the adults and a video game system for the kids. I would highly recommend!

I loved Stay Kooook Munich. You have a private room and bathroom upstairs with shared spaces downstairs including a kitchen, living area, patio, and laundry. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the kitchen has everything you need plus free apples, snacks, tea, cereal, drinks, and coffee. The hotel is new, very clean, and in a great location close to the train station, an Asian supermarket, and plenty of restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Positives - The family suite is a very nice large space and it was very clean. The hotel is in a great location. The staff got back to me when i reached out, but it is an adjustment to not have a front desk. You also need to make sure your phone is charged because that is required for your entrance and room key (all by phone). Negatives - The hallways in the establishment smelled bad. The room was great though with no odour at all. I am not sure why the entrance and hallways stunk, it is a mystery. The bathroom and shower doors are both completely made of glass and although they have attempted to add privacy with 2 very large opaque circles on the glass of the main bathroom door, there are still areas that a person can see into the bathroom and shower.
