Easy check in, clean, quiet, lots of amenities. Free coffee & Seltzer water on tap in common area. Open air terrace nice for relaxing. Recommend creating physical key cards once checked in, easy to navigate this way without constantly opening phone and unlocking for others in party.

If you could book a place that is in the perfect location, walkable to old town, next to the main train train station, and a room with a kitchen, nice sized bathroom/ bedroom and access to a washer and dryer in the common space, this is the place for you. It’s also located just around the block from a grocery store. There is absolutely no reason why we would stay anywhere else when we are in Munich.

Stayed in a studio for 4 people. Front attendant was super helpful, extra towels were always available , there’s a washer and dryer for use in the lobby , and the room was very nice and clean. Walking distance to many resturant and bars as well at the Old Towne area. The bathroom glass could use some more coverage, if you were sitting in a certain area in the room you can see whoever was currently on the toilet. Overall very good experience , would definitely stay there and recommend it to others who want to visit Munich.

Love that the stay is not a traditional hotel, but the amenities and shared space were great for our purpose. There is no TV in the room, which we rarely use during travel. Love the washer/dryer, shared kitchen space, big fridge, coffee machine, outdoor yard, video game consoles, and board games. Also love that we could check in directly using the app and the staff were around to assist.

Wonderful way to stay in Munich. The community room with a full kitchen was a nice amenity. The staff were in the community room to provide information and conversation. Comfortable and modern rooms at a good price.

This is an amazing property that is close to everything! Our apartment was amazing and even though we were close to everything, there was no noise in the apartment. The apartment has plenty of space, a nice layout, and everything you need to include a refrigerator. The building entrance is automated and spaces are clean and stylish. They have a public space on the first floor which is relaxing and welcoming. There is a washer and dryer in the public space. They have a staff member in the public space during the day who was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend Stay Kooook Munich!

We absolutely loved our stay here and we wished we could have stayed longer. The studio was clean, modern and spacious. Kitchen was very well equipped. The common space was awesome with coffee machine, modern kitchen, water dispenser (incl. cold and sparkling water). Location was perfect too. Close to main train station, bus to / from the airport, shops, major grocery stores, restaurants.

Very modern and well equipped. The shared space is excellent and more than met our needs. The bedrooms were very well designed and spotlessly clean. The host was extremely helpful, particularly as we weren't flying home until later in the day and let us leave our luggage until we needed to collect it. The only downside was our room wasn't cleaned as per the cleaning schedule which meant we didn't get any clean towels during our 3 night stay.

My mom, husband and I stayed here in the family studio and it had everything we needed (stove, washer/dryer, dishes, etc.) it was a home away from home. The location is also close to the bus and train stations. I would stay here again.

One of the most user friendly hotels l have ever visited. Nice simple room. Comfortable bed. Great bathroom. All very new and clean. Great lounge area with free coffee, beverages and snacks. Loved this place, highly recommend!
