"First off, the staff was super friendly and helpful, but the room missed its mark. The set up was awkward and a little run down. It could use a facelift. When the room was made up each day there was always something missing. It was either the small towels one day, or clean glasses the next, or the shower caps, you get what I mean, requiring a phone call to the desk every afternoon. It touted a heated pool/spa, which was barely staffed, the water was not very warm, the steam room was out of order, it was not worth our time. We were disappointed."

"The hotel was in a good location near the railway station with good ongoing tram and ubahn links. I had good nights sleep with no outside or inside noises to keep me awake. Breakfast was a very good buffet"

"A very nice, comfortable hotel near public transportation (trams, buses, s- and u-bahns). We loved the breakfast with views to a lovely courtyard. Nice perk of a $10 gift certificate at the bar for skipping room cleaning one day."

"I have been solo travelling for years & would like to think im pretty adaptable even if the hotel is not what it is - this has been the WORST hotel ever in my life..its cleanish but its in a dingy out dated building (photos are of the main hotel NOT this so be aware as they are MISLEADING!) but more worrying was the smell of mould/chemicals in the room with no reception or anyone on site.. had to sleep with the balcony open and couldn’t wait to get out in the morning..only stayed a night but I would have rather spend a little bit more money to have safety of mind and not having to woken up with all my allergies flared up or feeling suffocated. PLEASE AVOID!! only positive is location but still not worth all the problems it comes with!!!!"

"Housekeeping came to clean the room at 5:22 PM. I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world, and I’ve never experienced room cleaning that late in the day. On top of that, the staff at reception were unwelcoming no smile, no How can I help you? and employees were constantly standing around talking instead of assisting guests. A hotel experience starts with hospitality, and unfortunately this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had."
