The hotel was very close to the station, the area was safe, the hotel itself just had a reception area but the room was very big and comfortable. ideal for a family. the staff were friendly. i had a very nice stay

Great location a couple minutes walk from the train station, and about 20 minutes to Oktoberfest. Room was clean, comfortable, and had windows that opened! Staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Our room was clean, but we didn’t have hot water for a couple of days which was remedied as quickly as was possible. The manager approved a partial refund because of the hot water issue. Every one of the staff members was friendly and extremely helpful. One item that should be looked at is the floor of the shower, as it is very slippery. Very nice hotel that is really convenient to the Main Train Station, shopping & dining. Would definitely recommend for short term stays.

My stay at Hotel Bayers was better than I expected. The room was immaculate and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is situated 5 minutes walk from München Hauptbahnhof and has some great amenities and pubs nearby. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Bayer's. Where we originally were booked there was a mix up but they quickly resolved , they moved us to the Bayer's Boarding House property to a beautiful apartment. It was in a very good location , plenty of restaurants, the central train station was less the a 5 minute walk, had a small grocery store a five minute walk. We were about 10 minute walk to Karlplatz, and Marrianplatz was another 15 minute walk from there. Most tours pick up at Karlplatz. The service from the front desk to those who cleaned our room was also 5 stars. I would definitely recommend Bayer's Board House as a wonderful place to stay at. A++++++
