View from the hotel is awesome. Air conditioning will have to be take note as it is central aircon style will need to liaise with reception about what time they will turn on and off. If you are away from the city view it will be noisy during the weekend as there are clubs around the area so loud music will be played till 2-3am

Staff was good. Room was in good conditions. The problem we had is that they never came by to clean the rooms,we had trashbin the room for over a week. Not one time we had any service. We had to go to the lobby to get bathroom supplies and trash bags.

The hotel room is excellent. We love all the amenities of the hotel. It's a short walk to the S/U Bahn. The only thing we had problem with was the elevator. They have three elevators but they were not working well while we stayed there. It was during the Christmas/ New year season, so repair was impossible in Germany. At one point, we waited for 20 minutes for the elevator. Everything was great but the elevator situation was bad.

Great apartment worth having the city view. Excellent facilities in the apartment very comfortable with a great settee to make the most of the view.The wellness centre was amazing and able to go almost every day because the opening hours were 5am to 11pm. This is our second time with Adina and will continue to use every time.
