Staff was good. Room was in good conditions. The problem we had is that they never came by to clean the rooms,we had trashbin the room for over a week. Not one time we had any service. We had to go to the lobby to get bathroom supplies and trash bags.

Great apartment worth having the city view. Excellent facilities in the apartment very comfortable with a great settee to make the most of the view.The wellness centre was amazing and able to go almost every day because the opening hours were 5am to 11pm. This is our second time with Adina and will continue to use every time.

We booked an apartment on the 12th floor. It was on the corner and the views of Munich were fantastic. The washer/dryer set-up was most welcome. The building is newer and the amenities were great, especially the walk-in shower. The building is just a few minute walk from the East Munich train station.

The staff and room were wonderful. The cleaning staff were amazing and friendly, including the housekeeping manager, who gave my daughter colored pencils and a coloring book. If we needed something, the front desk were happy to help. The room advertised having a capsule maker (Nespresso), but our room did not. I asked the housekeeping manager and she explained that some rooms have it and others have the French press; however, she said I will have one brought to you. The front desk girl brought it up a short time later and apologized for disturbing us (she didn’t..,she was just being polite). I really enjoyed the hotel, especially having an indoor pool in the winter. This was the perfect place for two adults and a toddler. The only difference we will do next time is try the two bedroom apartment, as our daughter will be older.

My family and I (myself, husband and teenage son) booked this hotel for our stay in Munich during Oktoberfest. We enjoyed the layout of the room because it offered space enough for the three of us as well as privacy. My husband and I occupied the bedroom and our son slept on the pull out sofa in the living room that was separated by the doorway. The kitchenette and laundry were also very convenient. The location is convenient with the train station quite near by. Fun bonus was all of the dining options within walking distance, especially the Currywurst food truck right next to the hotel. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a larger hotel space with separate sleeping areas.

The location was very good, only 5-mins walk from the train station. There are also a good selection of supermarkets nearby. The hotel itself is lovely and the room was really spacious and very clean. It was very quiet most of the time, there was just one night (out of 7) where the hotel bar was very noisy but the sound of the air con helped to drown out the music. I would definitely stay here again. The only issue was that the details said the apartment had a dishwasher but our room didn't have one and washing up in the small sink with no space to drain dishes was not easy. Having a separate bath and shower made up for it though!

The hotel was great. Very easy to navigate from. All the restaurant/bar staff were more than hospitable. They clean your room every 3 days, which is fine, except they missed both of the rooms in our group. We had requested extra towels on the 1st day and they were not received. When I called the front desk about the cleaning and the towels they were apologetic and although no one was on site to clean the rooms they did bring towels right away. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Adina Hotel. The views were lovely, and the space was thoughtfully designed, making it a comfortable place to relax.
