"Very helpful staff, however you will need to check-in online before arrival to begin the process. “Hotel” is very utilitarian and simple. It consists of three floors of a five story building. No amenities though they do offer pretzels and baked goods on at the check in area. Location on the S Bahn line is convenient. Was literally feet from where we met our bus for a tour. Simple and small. Bed was hard!"
