The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean and everything worked. Had a corner room with a balcony and another window, was helpful to try to get a breeze through the room as weather was scorchio. Parking under the hotel, reasonably priced. For me the best part was the S-Bahn station right out the front. With the doors/windows shut you dont hear the trains.

Pros: Massive room | Comfortable bed | Power sockets were in the right places | Window and balcony onto local area below | Kitchen including benchtop space and coffee| Westkreuz station at doorstep (though this is the side with stairs; the other side with the lifts is a further 5 min walk away with street crossings) | Shops (including groceries) and restaurants downstairs too Cons: No reception at all on weekends except Oktoberfest (though there is an emergency phone number) - should have been notified prior to check-in | Old school key | Westkreuz station not quite as well serviced after hours like Pasing station

Transportation into the center of the city is two minutes away from the door. We arrived on a Saturday, when the desk was closed, so we had to figure out the procedure to get our key, but once we were in, it was a perfect stay.

Pluses - one minute from the S-bahn station where you can connect to everywhere; very spacious; great little kitchen Minuses - the bathroom often smelled like sewage (maybe a drain trap problem); I arrived on a Sunday and the reception was closed, it took a half hour with hotels.com to find the code to open the key box

Nice apartment close to S-bahn,restaurants and shopping. Unfortunatly the cleaning was hardly existing. Our visit was five nights and they cleaned the room after three nights when we asked about it. They changed the towels and emptied dustbins,but didn't fill upp toilet paper. The last day,two hours before check out time,they came and wanted to clean the room... At least we got some toilet paper. The breakfast was fresh but not much of a choice for 12 € per person . We only ate breakfast there day 1. The terass mentioned in the description of the room was probably the outside of the restaurant,but we were not sure. We liked the apartment, except for the cleaning, but will probably make another place next time.

Zentrale Lage, gute Erreichbarkeit der S-Bahn, Check-in war entspannt und das Personal super nett und hilfsbereit. Ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Im direkten Umfeld ist ein Bäcker, Supermarkt, Eiscafé, Pizzeria etc.

La relación calidad-precio es fantástica. La estación de tren está exactamente en frente (1 minuto andando).Pese a la cercania de las vías del tren, no se apreciaba ruido. En la recepción fueron muy amables y hospitalarios. La cocina tenía lo fundamental para cocinar y a su vez era muy completa: fuego, sartén, cacerolas, platos, tazas cuchillos, cucharas, tenedores y utensilios de limpieza. Está muy bien situado con bares y tiendas cercanas. Una zona tranquila.

Todo muy bien. El apartamento está completamente equipado y es confortable. El personal muy amable y atento y la comunicación súper rápida. Esta muy bien ubicado, pegado a la estación de S-Bahn y muchos servicios cercanos, incluyendo supermercado y autobús.

Både bra och dåligt.

Det mesta var bra, lätt incheckning, trevligt rum men synd med heltäckningsmatta i varma rum. Det var även gamla, halvtrasiga dörrhandtag på flera dörrar. Badrummet var fräscht och kändes nytt. Tyvär riktigt gammalt trött kylskåp och kaffebryggare saknades även om det stod att det skulle finnas. Läget var utmärkt, nära till butiker samt kommunikation.
