Great hotel

Fantastic hotel with attentive staff. We went away as friends for both of our birthdays and loved this hotel. Room was clean and looked after daily by housekeeping with a lovely view towards the Levante Beach. Food was good and entertainment was great

Good Quality hotel close to the Old Town

We found the service to be exceptional, rooms were regularly cleaned, Good choice of cooked food at breakfast time. The lobby staff were very helpful for booking excursions and the Benidorm palace

The room advertised on Expedia is not available at the Sandos Monaco, and I have been advised that Expedia have been informed to amend their website. the staff at the hotel were amazing and went out of their way to give us a room upgrade to a suite, however the room we were moved to had building/maintainence work going on on that floor and it was really noisy and the amazing jacuzzi bath the jets didn’t work (disappointed) Food in the hotel was amazing, location is ideal, would definitely stay again if they had a room with separate bedroom

Lovely place to stay

Great food , staff and location. Will certainly consider returning when we next visit Benidorm. Only minor niggle during our weeks visit was the wait time at lifts as one of the three lifts were not operating all week and if you were staying in one of the higher floors you could wait for a long time.

Excellent food options that are really well cooked. Extremely convenient location for getting the Alicante to Benidorm bus. The drink options were very nice with the all inclusive spirits and cocktails being rather pleasant especially compared to other hotels where the drink can be hard to stomach.

The hotel is perfect, it’s adults only, it’s in a very good walkable location near to the beach front. The food is outstanding with a lot of choices to suit everybody. Great snack bar outside by the pool for lunchtime if you don’t want to go down to the restaurant. Hotel is very clean, the staff are very polite and friendly. The rooms are lovely. The hotel is quite central for all the bars and shows and is a very short taxi ride if you want it. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The staff especially on the bar was very nice. Custamor service was very outgoing, prefessional and fun. Too bad that the saunas weren't working at least few days and when it worked the showers on the Spa area were broken. The price was also suddenly 1€more per person witch was told on another day.

Excellent service with staff being very particular and always aware of consumer needs. Food was excellent - not one dish let it down with variety of different options at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only issue was the air-con was extremely random and seemed to be locked meaning temperature could not be adjusted. The room was sometimes v. hot. Overall, would definitely return. Thank you

The rooms were not very clean and cleaning lady’s just did the basics. The food was okay, nothing special, just normal all inclusive food. But there was plenty of it, and you could always find something to eat at any time of the day. The service varied—some staff members were indifferent, while others were very friendly. Raul, a waiter from the restaurant, was particularly kind. The animators were very nice and really put in the effort. The animations were diverse and engaging. It seems to me that there aren’t enough staff members, and they are overworked and under a lot of pressure. And i wouldn’t say it’s 4* hotel.

We have been several times to this property and there are so many positives. Easy access to old and new Benidorm. Excellent food choice, something for everyone. Staff work hard and are brilliant. We tipped regularly especially in the dining room, where they are rushed off their feet and the bar. We did notice that the outside sunbathing area to the left as you exit the bar wasn't cleaned very often and we twice stood on broken glass and discarded food and general muck from the night before which was unusual. My feel were black from walking barefoot so I kept my shoes on. I hope they're not letting this slip it would be a shame! The internal parts of the hotel are spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious especially the bathroom. Great hotel if they improve the poolside cleanliness that would be perfect.x

Lovely hotel in great location

We spent 3 nights. Had a fantastic time. Very clean and pleasant atmosphere. We went all inclusive but because of our flight times we arrived at 23.50 and bar closed 24.00 sharp and we had to check out at 06.40 but nothing in hotel information to let you know you could visit restaurant early for a light breakfast or a coffee it was only as we checked out at reception that we were told but by that time it was too late so. Food was excellent but probably wouldn’t do all inclusive if I stayed again would opt for half board. Staff were pleasant but not well informed about things as when you asked them a question they opted for an I don’t know answer but I am guessing it was because they didn’t understand English
