An amazing place, we enjoyed every moment in this hotel. We were a family with kids and we booked 2 rooms. They have the best staff I have ever met at a hotel. I would like to especially acknowledge Miguel at the reception, such a wonderful person! Great variety of food, gorgeous views of the ocean, great facilities and pool, entertaining shows and activities in the evenings ... there is a shuttle bus to the near beatch .. drinks are served free all over the day. It felt like heaven!! The only negative side was that the rooms and their bathrooms were old. But all in all for the price we paid on expedia it was a great value for money. We would love to go again!

We arrived on the Sunday , right at the top of a massive hill , beach , port miles away . Room when you finally find the right floor very dated . Maids wanting to change thread bare towels and sheets 8:00 every morning. Food plenty of choice but always just luke warm. This is when our problems started with the hotel management! on the Wednesday evening my wife became very I’ll with suspect food poisoning. I monitored her symptoms for twenty four hours with no change ( make sure not a bug ) informed hotels. Com , hotel reception. They were not concerned only information was to get her a drink of half cola half lemonade? ! Stay away from the restaurant! So we had no food for days ! No phone calls to our room , nothing! How we managed to get home on the following Sunday is a miracle . There reply so far is that they had nearly 600 residents, we the only ones poorly
