"If you are a golfer, this is for you. They were extremely accommodating regarding the EUROs matches. The lack of flexibility at the Sushi restaurant was disappointing as most of the options had dairy. The seafood restaurant was accommodating and the views were stunning. There are no options for dining around the Ritz so be prepared to pay $50 Euros for taxis one way to get to food/entertainment. We got sick the last day due to weather, no drug store options on site or near."

"Lovely hotel, in beautiful grounds. Lots to do. Walking distance to many bars and restaurants along the sea front. Only fault was rooms had a musky smell. Also we did have to move rooms because our first room was located next to a heavily planted bamboo area that the birds roosted in. The noise as sun rose in the morning was unreal. Moved to a room that was not near a heavily planted area and was fine."

"A lovely resort but if you did want to eat in the non-buffet restaurants in the evening it is challenging to book! However there are some really lovely local restaurants serving delicious food in the town - just a short walk away. It is surprising that a 5 star resort doesn’t offer complimentary water for guests in the room. Or offer water fountains around the resort to ensure that guests stay hydrated. However the resort is lovely. "

"We were greeted with a glass of Cava (soft drinks were also available). There was a bit of a hard sell to try to get us to upgrade to all inclusive. We refused this, even though the price was reduced twice. It ended up at €80/day, which is less than booking it up front. Disappointed that they also wanted to charge 3€ /day to use the room safe. "Clean, fairly new…. Preferred club is worth it. All staff professional and friendly. Rooms are spacious. Area is convenient to shops and restaurants. The local beach is amazing in the mornings. Chair reserving continues to be an issue - not a property problem but a clientele problem. Don’t be that person! There are plenty for everyone especially if people don’t leave their towel suntanning for three or four hour stretches. "

"Amazing hotel for families with young children. Lots for them to do, slightly disappointed a few things have stopped since our last stay (toiletries in the bathrooms and ice cream during the day). Only thing I’d change is the timings for lunch/dinner as it’s quite late for young children, otherwise would highly recommend"
