Overall a good experience, restaurant options were very limited though as most were closed, most staff were exceptional but a few were particularly rude mainly in Txoco restaurant. Upgrade to the retreat if you can, facilities are very good

Lives up to the expectations, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We have a 6 month old baby with us and they couldn’t be more accommodating. Would highly recommend A+

Amazing hotel, staff are all incredible. Food is the best I have ever tasted. The room was wonderful, so everything totally first class.

A truly exceptional stay. Rooms are beautifully designed, spotless and tranquil.Service was second to none, We were lucky enough to be up graded to the retreat which was perfect. Breakfast was a treat, with a huge buffet to select from as well as off the menu choices. Cant recommend highly enough .

Overall a wonderful stay. The staff were incredible and went out of their way to help. Our only criticism is that it’s very young family friendly and at times, the young children were quite disruptive, particularly at meal times. I’d recommend that there are family eating times in the restaurants so that it’s less disruptive for other guests.
