I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms were fantastic. I slept so good in their comfortable beds. The pools were a perfect temperature and the breakfast buffet was unreal!!

Arrived back yesterday and I asked my husband what have you missed about home. He said nothing. I was the same. This hotel was perfect for us it has everything you could ever need. We were bed & breakfast only. There are plenty of places to dine outside of the hotel, however the restaurants in the hotel are fabulous. Maybe a bit over priced but the food was superb. We will definitely go back.

Great hotel. 3 pools plus a spa. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Studio Room upgrade was superb. Loved the music. Bus stop right outside hotel is handy. Couple of local restaurants very nice too.

Excellent stay during february. Pools facilities are fine and my daughters, 7 and 10, had lots of fun. The buffet restaurant is great with lots of choices although I found it expensive. Shows in the night are mostly one person singing with a track in the background, it could be better.

Overall a disappointing stay, due to things that you don’t expect from a 5* hotel. An issue with the bathroom which took 4 complaints to be rectified, numerous broken sun loungers around every pool, over priced average food, litter around the pool areas, broken decking around the pool area, dressing gowns taken from the room and not replaced and no where near enough staff to deal with a hotel that appeared to be at maximum capacity.
