Beautiful hotel which made for a very relaxing holiday. Transport from airport arranged by hotel was great, easy check in and room was perfect. Hotel was immaculately clean and staff all very friendly. Plenty of dining options available and we managed to visit all of them during our stay. Menus were varied and our favourite was the Peseta restaurant and the Mediterranean restaurant. Buffet was a little hit and miss but overall good and breakfast choice was great. Will definitely return to the Paradisus next year, fantastic hotel and very relaxing. Thank you!

We had a lovely relaxing 8 days. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Meliá hotels are excellent. We paid extra for The Reserve and it was definitely worth it. The Reserve breakfast and lunch buffet was ideal. The pool was fabulous with Bali beds and lots of loungers. Maivelys was incredible serving drinks, fruit and ice cream. She definitely deserves a special mention and is a true asset to the Paradisus.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff

Beautiful hotel excellent service everywhere. It's great for adults and families although some families used the adult only area for sunbathing which is a small area anyway. Hope they will address this so adults can have peace ! You don't feel crowded anywhere else .

Paradisus Gran Canaria

We stayed for one week at Paradisus Gran Canaria. It was a beautiful and well maintained hotel. The food was good, but having to request your meal to be cooked by the chef each night, did seem to produce a bit of a "bottleneck " at times. Overall we had a great week.

This hotel is unreal, 5 stars through and through. The food and drinks are to such a high standard, we couldnt actually believe the food of this standard was all inclusive! All areas of the hotel, from pool to bars, to restaurants and the room were clean, luxurious and modern. We had one week here and honestly we would love to come back. A special mention to Jamie behind the bar at The Shack who went out of his way to make sure they had fresh orange for our drinks. He was fantastic and very friendly. Thanks to the entertainment team, especially those working on Saturday 11th May at the Cinema under the Stars. They couldn’t do enough to make it a perfect evening. I cannot fault this hotel in any area, all staff have been friendly, welcoming, and simply cannot do enough for you☀️🌴🍍🥥🍉

Paradise at Paradisus

Really great stay, I went last year when they had first opened and there was a few teething problems then which has now been ironed out. All the staff have been absolutely wonderful, from the guys that run the events, room attendants, bar and restaurant staff, they always have a smile on their face and will help you with anything you may need The food was great too, you'd think that a buffet would be meh and cold, but a majority of it was well seasoned and cooked infront of you make sure you get freshly cooked food, the variations of dishes was well rounded, I highly recommend doing the buffet on a Sunday of you enjoy fresh seafood as there, if you are looking for Spainish food, then I suggest checking out Kana by the pool for lunch or dinner as the menus change! Loved the room, I was eyeing the rooms on the 1st floor with the massive balcony and day beds the last time I visited, so naturally I stayed there this time, the size of the room was perfect, as a couple we didnt need the biggest room as most of our time would be outside, however we really did utilize the balcony space during sunrised and susets! All in all, it was an amazing vacation and I plan on visiting again!

Overall, a great experience! The level of service across all property is fantastic. Probably one of the best I have experienced in any large chain hotel in Spain. The room is comfortable and clean. There is direct access to small beach just in front of the hotel. We really appreciated the access to the more quiet adult-only pool. For an all-inclusive, food was OK. We tried all food options, and the Mediterranean restaurant was our favorite for both lunch and dinner (you need reservation for dinner). The buffet for both lunch and dinner is average at best. The a la carte breakfast at the reserve is excellent!!! We also enjoyed the Peruvian restaurant, and their cocktails were the best we had all week. The area is quiet, and there is not much to do outside the hotel. There is a walkable path that takes you all the way to Playa del Inglés and Maspalomas dunes. It takes around an hour. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Paradisus Gran Canaria, specially the great service of all the employees. We would love to come back in the future.

My first time to Gran Canary. Wanted an all inclusive experience for my holiday. So glad I picked this hotel! Worth the money. Absolutely beautiful hotel and grounds. Hotel staff was superb! From the moment I arrived, I felt as if I was treated like the only person there. Everyone is attentive and will go out of their way to make you feel at home. The room was beautiful and clean. Mine overlooked the grounds and gave me unobstructed views of the ocean and sunrise. The bed was extremely comfortable. Each morning I didn’t want to leave the bed as I slept so well! The breakfast buffet was unmatched. Anything and everything you would fancy was available and delicious! Multiple restaurants on site. Three of them you need to book a reservation. Do so before you arrive so you have no issues. I heard some guests complain that they could not eat at a particular restaurant due to lack of availability. I was a solo traveler and it was pretty easy to get squeezed in. I did book a dinner each night once I checked in. However, there are restaurants that don’t need a reservation and one that is buffet style. Cocktails, wine and beer flowed freely! Free activities at the hotel to keep you busy. My only complaint is that I wish spa access to the indoor pool, steam room and sauna was included in your stay. East beach access was a plus. The walking path helped me get some exercise in. The hotel gym is small but has everything you would need. Would absolutely stay again!

We stayed as 2 adults in the Reserve area for 5 nights in February. It’s a beautiful hotel, the staff are super friendly and very friendly and efficient. The hotel is very clean and our room was cleaned, mini bar topped up etc daily. The Reserve lounge is nice, with snacks and drinks laid out daily. The pool in this area is lovely but sunbeds weren’t always available. The staff here offered you drinks, ice creams and fruit as you sun bathed with was nice. We had lunch daily at The Shack, they were very efficient, even when busy and the food was always good. We ate in the Italian one night and the food was delicious. The biggest negative for us was the buffet restaurant. The food wasn’t hot and often stations were empty. I had fish cooked at the cooking station 4 nights. The first night it was cold, the next 2 nights the tuna and then the salmon was very rare inside after I’d asked it to be well done. The last night the fish I ordered just never came out. There was only one chef who had to take the orders and also cook them so I felt it wasn’t really his fault. We ate breakfast at the Reserve, the buffet was lovely and there was a nice Al a Carte to order eggs etc. We had the poached egg and full English each day. It was lovely but unfortunately also cold. Their heat lamps just don’t seem low/strong enough. Overall we absolutely loved the hotel and it’s position offering great walks along the promenade towards Maspalomas, it’s just a shame the main restaurant let them down.

I I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The facilities were excellent, and the overall ambiance was very welcoming. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and always ready to assist with a smile.
