Santa Cruz de Tenerife Holidays

Excellent location in the heart of La Laguna. Easily walkable to restaurants, shops, bus station. Paid parking lot one block away. The kitchen has sink, refrigerator, utensils, microwave, coffee maker, and hot pot. No stove or oven but I didn't need them. Staff was responsive via Whatsapp with logistics and helpful with recommendations too. Beautiful, peaceful, shared jardin. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were well designed and clean but we found the pillows really uncomfortable. Around the outside sun-bed area, the hotel staff decided to steam clean the beds for an hour which was noisy and annoying, I came on holiday to get away from the sound of a vacuum! The food selection was good but we found it luke warm, a microwave would be good so you could heat up the buffet food, lastly the orange juice was fake, I would of expected real orange juice in Spain also a coffee machine to offer a range of coffee would of been nice. The hotel has not much around it, but the local bus is reasonably priced and very reliable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Did not like the food

Rooms need update, especially bathrooms. We couldn’t fit in the toilet, wall same size of toilet, ridiculous. Good balcony and clean room. Gym too small and 2 machines out of order. 15 euros a day per parking, too expensive. Waiters trying to packing up dishes 30 minutes before the time and very noisy with the trollies and cuttery. Tin food and bad quality. Entreteintment good, Eri was good entrteiner. Receptionist very professional.

Everything was perfect -the location, view, room, pools, spa! Don’t stay anywhere else. The hotel also has a cool history.
