"Fantastic location of hotel. Staff were amazing with me when I arrived as was upset, they reassured me gave me a glass of fizz and even upgraded my room . Maids were good. Everyone was friendly in hotel. Mainly couples hotel . Couldn’t fault them would definately stay again given location too was great "

"The apartment and complex were kept very clean. Apartment was just as described and was very nice indeed. All staff were very polite and helpful. The only negatives were that the main pool was closed for maintenance, complex was at the top of an extremely steep hill, definitely not suitable for people with walking difficulties or the elderly. Building work nearby was both noisy and produced lots of dust! It would have been better if we had known about all of these issues prior to booking, maybe a mention on the website would have been good?"

"This is a great location if you want to be close to the action but removed from the chaos. The front desk staff were excellent, until we tried to book extra days, where the price went up and was more expensive than Dreams Jardin, which we went to and was a definite step up in every aspect. The room that was provided had a mini kitchen that was nice, but we never used. The view was of a white wall, so we tried to change rooms and nothing was available. There are rooms with excellent views and others with terrible views. Overall an ok property, but better ones are are available elsewhere for a better price!"

"Brilliant experience. Very friendly staff. Views of the ocean and location were excellent. Breakfast was scrumptious (special thanks to the chef at the omelette station) but food at other restaurants at the resort could get better (basics like burger and wrap were underwhelming) . Would definitely come again for the hospitality and the vibe."

"Hotel in an excellent position opposite the beach. Room was spacious as was the balcony and with plenty of seats. Pool area is very good with plenty of sun beds although there are still ‘bed bookers’ Breakfast catered for all tastes being extensive. Although there did not appear to be a restaurant in the Cleopatra, the 3 restaurants in the Mediterranean Palace are available for Cleopatra guests. Not expensive and with 20% discount very reasonable, not busy and good food. Very enjoyable stay. Thank you"
