Great location on the sea front right next to Puert colon beach. Staff very friendly. Rooms are abit dated like most places in Tenerife but they're very clean. The air conditioning wasn't very good. I would stay again 👍

Hotel is in a really good location, and is close to everything. We were half board but had to walk to a sister hotel for meals because we had no restaurant. Hotel is 75% owned and has a clicky feel about it, especially around the pool. Rooms are basic , and will need refurbishment soon.

Nice, very quiet chilled hotel however feel it’s more based on the residents who own apartments there due to no speakers/music round the pool, no smoking other than a tiny little circle behind the pool bar, couldnt fault the actual rooms in the hotel they was lovely and clean, just could do with being updated as the pool area looks like it has had money spent on it where as the rooms are still very dated, great week away just could do with more of a “vibe”

On arrival my room had been changed from a pool view to a car park/sea view which was okay as I got the sun in the mornings. It would have been nice to have an awning but it appeared that my room was one of about five on the complex that didn't so it was too hot to sit out there. The apartments are very basic and are in need of updating. My bed was comfortable however the air conditioning was just blowing out room temperature air which made it difficult to sleep int he nights and I was having to sleep with my balcony door open to get some air and try and drop the temperature. I reported it every day and every day I was told that the engineer had been and fixed it when he hadn't. The system was so old it was defunct and you could see loads of water stains where it was no doubt leaking in the past. There were hairs on the floor when I arrived and it took them two days to disappear so any cleaning wasn't thorough. There ants on the wall by the bed and in the kitchen cupboards. The spatula and other cooking utensils still had food on them from previous residents. They wanted €18 for the safe and a €10 deposit. When I asked to check out an hour later I was told it would cost an extra €20. When I reminded them that I hadn't slept for the entirety of my stay due to the lack of air con and no apology for that lack of air con or any attempt to make it up to me I was given the extra hour for free! How generous! I'd avoid as it's a 2 star really.

The hotel is in a great position right next to great night life but not to close to keep you awake at night. Fantastic pool area very clean and quiet. rooms are very big but the only negative was they were very dated and need updating badly. And air con does keep room cool

This is not a 4 star property, 3 star at best. The rooms are very dated but adequate. Certain areas like draws had crumbs and dirt inside. This seems to be a property that has many pensioners and they must also own rooms here. This is not a child friendly hotel, no inflatables or balls etc allowed in the pool area. The hotel is in a great location but I would not stay again.

Brilliant hotel, had a great room with large balcony and sea view. Lovely pool area with 2 pools. Enjoyed our 5 night stay here. Situated in front of the harbour close to Adeje and Las Américas. Room would have been better to have 2 plugs near the bed instead of just 1. The only thing we was disappointed with was we requested late check out and was told to ask the next day in the morning but if not there was a shower room available for us to use which we was happy with. When we asked the next morning we was told that we wasn’t able to have late check out and there also wasn’t any shower rooms. We then had to go out all day in the sunshine without being able to freshen up before going to the airport. This was very disappointing for a 4 star hotel. Overall enjoyed the hotel and the holiday.
