"The people and the service and the quality of the environment were outstanding. Alex and Fran on the front reception were wonderful (and we were difficult as I needed a great room to work in and my wife had interviews for CNN and a podcast to do) and Alex and Fran made everything sparkle. The buffet was brilliant (I’m vegetarian and my wife is highly carnivorous) and we both ate extremely well. The hotel was conveniently located (we just took a short taxi to do whale watching) and it was lovely to go to sleep and wake up to the sound of the sea. "This was our first time in Tenerife and our first stay at the Best Jacaranda Hotel, and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff, from the reception desk to housekeeping, was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. The front desk team answered all our questions with patience and warmth. Special thanks to Ana at reception for her cheerful attitude, excellent support, and great advice, which truly made a difference in our stay. We also greatly appreciated Caterina, who organized our excursions and recommended wonderful places to dine; her suggestions were spot on. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and are already planning to return next year for a longer stay at this same hotel. Highly recommended!"
