This was our first time in Tenerife and our first stay at the Best Jacaranda Hotel, and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff, from the reception desk to housekeeping, was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. The front desk team answered all our questions with patience and warmth. Special thanks to Ana at reception for her cheerful attitude, excellent support, and great advice, which truly made a difference in our stay. We also greatly appreciated Caterina, who organized our excursions and recommended wonderful places to dine; her suggestions were spot on. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and are already planning to return next year for a longer stay at this same hotel. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel in good location - only ten minute walk to the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. The pool areas and activities for kids are excellent. Restaurant has good quality options at breakfast and dinner (I never tried lunch). My room was spacious and clean - if a little dated. Air con was decent, water pressure was good. Decent selection of TV channels in various languages. Staff all friendly and helpful.

The restaurant had a vast choice of food with varying themes across the week. The pool bar also had a small selection of food that was ideal for children or a snack. The beds were comfortable and made/changed daily. The pool areas were clean with enough available sunbeds for all. The hotel could do with a coat of fresh paint and the fact we couldn't get late check out was annoying but we would still goe back.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel (3 at best!) Staff were all lovely and the hotel is very large but rooms and facilities are dated. Lots of broken tiles etc around the pools. Pool areas not cleaned very well at all. Sun beds and parasols broken. Plenty of food but average for all inclusive. Dirty lifts, broken buttons and a bit of a nightmare to navigate with young children in prams if you were on the top floor like us. Not somewhere we would return.

Well situated close to shops and beach, hotel has plenty of options for food and drink. House cocktails are very watery and not mixed very well, but you can have premium cocktails for about €3 extra if all inclusive which was a little disappointing, the pool and table tennis was also expensive. Food was great, and staff were amazing. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is very well situated and very clean…fortunately we only book for breakfast!!!! On our arrival it was late in the evening so we decided to eat our main meal in the restaurant!!!! Being a 30 year professional chef I can only class all of the food as poor!!!!

Massive hotel with several pools. One was heated and most popular. Great facilities including gym and archade with games for kids. I had a very large room, looked more like an apartment (minus the kitchen). The only let down was the food. A bit hit and miss.

My stay at Jaccaranda was some what disappointing . The cleanliness was not good, pool area is unsafe - very slippy, food was varied but Luke warm if not cold most of the time. Staff very friendly. The noisy was unbearable every night. People jumping in pools at midnight then shouting, parties and music very loud from rooms. Would not stay here again!

This hotel is fabulous. Great facilities with lots of pools on 2 levels to suit everyone. Dining room is large but even though it is busy, it was well run & organised. It was always immaculately clean with quality food & plentiful & well presented. Staff were polite & although there were always visible, they kept a low profile & didn’t spoil people's holiday with 'silly rules'. Great location with a 5 minute walk to the beach & shops & bars nearby There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel although some days the room towel were a bit thin & smaller when changed but this wouldn't stop me returning in the future

super value for money

super clean and great value for money, not too busy and nice heated pool. best spot was the bar and mini-pool on the top. Food similar each day, but good and does not taste the same (often in all incl I found they used the same oil or something). Great Paella and sea food, great crisp pizza. beer delicious, all incl cocktails out of a machine and too sweet (did not like at all). Unfortunately no views onto the sea from anywhere in the hotel.

I’ve stayed at this property a lot over the years since 2001 and the food has always been great with lots of choice. Unfortunately this time around the food was extremely poor. I am not a fussy eater but I struggled to find anything to eat and I’m genuinely shocked at how poor the food was. The staff on reception came across as rude and abrupt and the rooms were quite small and uncomfortable. On a positive note, the pool areas and grounds are really nice. I will never stay at this hotel again.
