Pool area was so clean and water warm. There should be a pool bar. Even a hatch in wall. You have to get dressed and shoes on !
One bar staffed by one person in reception are for day and night.

The Hotel its self was amazing. Our room was very lovely and the cleaning of the room was great.
There was only 2 things that let it down, the Mediterranean restaurant and the bar.
The service in the Mediterranean restaurant was not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel. The bar we had to wait 40 minutes for a drink.
On the other hand the service we received from the Italian restaurant was fantastic, you would of thought you were in a different hotel.
This doesn't take it away that the hotel is fantastic and looking forward to return in the future.

Unfortunately we didn't get to use a lot of the facilities as there was a virus going around the hotel and we were very sick for 4 of our 7 day stay.
