"Had a very relaxing stay at costa jardin and spa - most of staff very friendly rooms cleaned every day and towels changed when requested Location on the outskirts of Puerto de La Cruz the hotel provided a shuttle bus about five or six times a day to the shopping centre/centre of Puerto de La Cruz and back again which was very helpful as a very steep walk back to hotel Outside pool - pool table - snooker table all very good Food was okay always found something to eat - dissapointed that one day...

"Es un apartamento muy equipado, y amplio, teniamos el apartamento sup. con vistas a la piscina y mar, realmente vale la pena y en esta epoca por la situación que esta ubicado, hay mucha tranquilidad. El sofa es lo único que hemos tenido quejas, se nota que es un sofa viejo, las fundas incluso estan amarillas de su uso, y tuvimos que pedir una sabana para cubrirlo y asi almenos cuando te sentabas no te daba la sensación de sucio...es por ello que no le acabo de dar las 5 estrellas. Por el resto...

"Excellent value - very clean, comfortable and friendly, with all facilities you could need. It is a walk from the main town centre, and the hill is steep, so need to be mobile, or happy to use taxis. But the walk is worth it as the location is peaceful. Reception area and stairs are all stone/marble so noise does travel - especially to ground floor rooms. And walls are thin too, so occasional interrupted sleep. Nothing too dramatic though. But with good facilities, clean rooms, attentive...

"Just back from a week's stay, big hotel but you never get the feeling of being crowded. Our room had a kitchenette, which had enough equipment to make simple dinners & breakfasts. No air conditioning in the room, but not a problem as was cool in evenings/overnight. The staff were very helpful - overall a great place to stay in a nice part of Tenerife."

"The room was amazing, the staff were helpful and very nice and the hotel was great! One elevator didnt work which was an inconvenience but not too bad for us, and the breakfast was always the same. These are the only downsides, but i would definitely come back."

"The hotel is very conveniently located near the bus station, the staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfasts are very good. On the down side the wifi was unreliable and could not be accessed at peak times, secondly my room's only source of natural light was a light well which was a bit depressing."

"Perfect location for lots of hiking and running routes. The hotel is clean and has great facilities, pool, gym and onsite laundry for a few euros. Parking is hard to come by although there are places to park on the street, it is pretty busy and we ended up with a scuff on the hire car on the first morning return to the car where someone had obviously tried to park behind us but failed! Food was good but the options are LIMITED! Usually only 2 mains each night one veggie, one not."

"Everything was really good, the only disappointment was that the spa wasn't available and we weren't even informed in advance. Also, we needed an extra sheet because it got wet and we couldn't get one from the staff on duty. The apartment had everything we could need and the views were fantastic. "I saw a few negative reviews when I booked but decided to chance it. I'm glad I did. I don't have anything negative to say. Room was clean and spacious (we had the triple room) . Bathroom was clean. Kitchen was good. Rooftop terrace was cute. Whole place was cute, actually. I'm not sure about how good the location is because we had a short stay and didn't explore the area, but proximity to airport is perfect and parking was easy to find."
