Music is loud and not appropriate ( slam, rap, rock) and most of the time 2 different music in same time, same aera. Personal are not friendly they do not seem happy and they are not please necessary to help you. pillows are soft and are due to be changed, they are yellowed by time and they are mattresses of 2 '' thick very soft
