El alojamiento en general está muy bien, las habitaciones son amplias y con detalles de bienvenida. El único problema que veo es que está demasiado enfocado al turismo inglés, todas las actividades son para ellos y los horarios de la comida más de lo mismo, en especial el de la cena que acaba a las 21:30 (en realidad a y 10 están recogiendo).. empiezan a las 18:30 que para nada es nuestro horario español quizás deberían atrasarlo como mínimo una hora.

Empezamos con una recepción pésima, la chica de recepción no nos explicó absolutamente nada del hotel, ni del TI, dijo que estaba todo explicado en la app, además por no llevar el bono del hotel, nos amenazó con que tendríamos que pagar de nuevo la estancia ¿¿¿??? cosa que no me ha pasado jamás en ningún hotel y menos teniendo la reserva desde hacía más de 6 meses. Le facilité los datos del localizador, etc, y comentó que en principio con eso creía que serviría. Eran las 13 h, nuestra habitación no estaba lista, nos avisarían cuando estuviera, y tampoco fue así, subimos a preguntar a las 15 h pasadas y ya nos la dieron. A pesar de ese comienzo, he de decir que el resto del personal es muy amable y correcto, se dirigen a ti en inglés, y ya cuando ven que eres español cambian de idioma, con los horarios que hay de los diferentes restaurantes/bares puedes comer o tomar algo a cualquier hora, se agradece que abrieran el bar de la zona de la piscina. En cuanto a calidad de las comidas muy, muy flojito para ser un 4 estrellas. El desayuno y cena bien, tienes variedad, todos los días cambian menú, pero en lo que es nuestra comida, o el almuerzo muy flojo. La limpieza en todo el hotel es correcta, pero la de las habitaciones deja que desear, hay un fuerte olor a desagüe en todo el hotel, no estaría demás que el servicio de habitaciones utilizara lejía a la hora de hacer el baño o incluso que se hiciera mejor, nos tocó limpiarlo a nosotros porque olía a orín que espantaba.

Los servicios del hotel son buenos. La limpieza de las instalaciones y habitación excelente. Lo peor es que no se descansa. Mucho ruido por las noches y los colchones que nos tocaron estaban para tirarlos. Toda la semana con antiinflamatorios por la espalda.

Overall a great stay. Nice room with a great seaview. Great service from the staff and the housekeeping. The food could have been better I think, maybe have some more local cuisine with more spices.

i liked how close it was to the ocean and how laid back it was The only bad part was the buffet food which was god awful. They need some new chefs or new food. Very bland and not very good. Got porto de mogan though. Restaurants were unbelievable. Also didnt listen to any request i gave expedia and didnt fix it when i asked. Asked for a room high up. The gave us the corner room on the third floor near where the workers were. The landscape alone made it worth it though. Would definitely go back just wouldn’t hit the buffet. At all !!!
