I absolutely love staying here. This is the 2nd year me and my partner have stayed here and it was just as amazing each time, the staff are so lovely, it is right around the corner from the beach, the pool is amazing, great food options, the rooms are always in perfect condition with self cooking options if needed, the shower is very powerful, the views are gorgeous and over all i will never stay anywhere else when i visit gran canaria

The property is very clean and the pool area is lovely. The only thing lacking is some evening entertainment or even music in a bar as the pool bar closes quite early. There is nothing to keep guests at the property but there is nice restaurants and an Irish bar just down the steps.

Me and my wife stayed for 4 nights at Marina Bayview and we enjoyed each and every minute of it. It’s hard to list all good things about the hotel as everything was perfect. From friendly and helpful staff to great facility and service. Great buffet breakfast served till 11am and check out till noon. Breakfast was great and the staff in the restaurant were friendly. Cleaning staff were friendly as well and very helpful. The rooms were comfy. It was difficult to know what you were selecting when choosing a room we were lucky to get one above the jacuzzi terrace. The downside was a slight but constant smell of drains like the plumbing was not great. This was not just at the hotel, so perhaps a problem with Puerto Rico drainage? Also, people reserving sun loungers with towels from first thing in the morning and smoking around the pool. There are signs saying not allowed but this needs to be enforced more vigorously.

Just back from a fantastic stay, the hotel is beautiful, clean and has excellent facilities, the staff are super friendly, the only thing to note is to get into the town there are 143 steps down to the street level and around a twenty minute walk to the shopping centre, the steps up are a bit of a killer, however it’s super easy to get a taxi and only costs €5, this hotel over looks the marina and the sunset from the balcony was stunning, we will definitely be returning 😍

Perfect stay!

Such a great stay, this hotel feels boutique and a little haven away from puerto rico town. The views of the port are so nice, the staff are really friendly and super helpful. We didn't have any issues during our stay. A great touch is that you can use the facilities after your checkout time, and there is a courtesy room which includes a shower, toilet and changing space for you to get ready in before your flight. The location right next to the port means its super easy to walk to the ferry (5 mins away) and go to other spots down the coast. We would recommend Puerto de Morgan, Maspalomas & Arguineguin. The food at the hotel is delicious, breakfast including hot food and pastries, we went to the BBQ night on Friday which was really great buffet style with steak on the BBQ and a singer for entertainment, would recommend!

I stayed in a two storey self catering villa by a long deck with a jacuzzi. I could occasionally hear some noise from the harbour but generally I was pleased at how quiet and peaceful the location and the environment were. The view over the harbour and the sea was beautiful. I especially recommend floating in the jacuzzi at about 6pm when the outdoor temperature is more comfortable and the deck is empty, it's blissful. The hotel staff were always friendly and polite, and the rooms were kept very clean and had everything I needed. There's a small supermarket nearby (via some killer steps - easy to go down but take it slowly on the way up!), and a slightly bigger one about a 10 minute walk away by the beach. The beach has the better array of restaurants, including at least one that actually did paella for one person (never seen that before). There's a shopping precinct maybe 20 mins walk away too that has even more. You can also get an easy ferry to some of the nearby pretty towns like Puerto de Mogan. Recommended.

Loved the hotel, was not happy about not getting beds around the pool has people would go down early to put the towels on.Then went back later.The next think was the stairs going down wasvfine but goig up all them stairs is a nightmare. Its ashame you can get a taxi but its not the point.

Relaxing, resort-feel hotel. Located just round the corner from the main centre, it overlooks a marina. Although the road into town runs below the hotel, it wasn’t noisy, and the hotel itself is quiet and laid-back. Lovely pool, great breakfast and well worth adding, rooms convenient and airy. We instantly relaxed here. There’s a small shopping centre at the bottom with a good range of restaurants and a decent supermarket, so plenty of choice for evening meals. Pool towels provided free, regular room cleaning.

Relaxing getaway

What a fantastic stay at this gem of a place. Lovely and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The place is kept so clean - no easy feat with the sand and dust coming up from the beach! The view we had from our balcony was wonderful. The courtesy room with shower on the last day was such a handy touch, being able to use that to freshen up after a day by the pool before leaving for home was amazing. There were only 2 things that weren't perfect - the 119 steps down to beach level (can't be helped, but just a warning to those who might have an issue with that) and breakfast. For 15euros each I wasn't impressed with the offer. Other than that, we would visit again.
