Stayed in this hotel six times now. The rooms are a good size, very clean. The swimming pool has several sun loungers and the pool is big. The gardens are lovely to sit in. All staff are very friendly and polite. Will most likely return again. Only complaint is no English channels on tv. There are German, Sustrian etc.

The property was very clean and well maintained . Linen was changed every day. Lovely and fresh. The Iberostar app was very useful and easy to use. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of selection, even a menu to choose from if you wished. We stayed 5 nights and ate in the pool Resturant twice. Once being part of the gastrospa experience. We also ate in the menencey Resturant which was very good. Sheila our waitress that evening was lovely. My only thing would be the lighting inside the hotel in the Resturants is a bit bright and maybe in the evening Resturant some soft music would be nice.

Beautifully designed rooms, had a garden outlook which was wonderful. The spa was a nice place to relax. Great pool with towels provided. Amazing staff who always went the extra mile and were so thoughtful and attentive. Lovely food, good wine selection including local wines.

Great service as always, lovely hotel with great staff. I had a small problem with the air conditioner which was fixed in no time while I was out for dinner. Breakfast was something for everyone and the orange juice is amazing!

The room was beautifully designed with the most wonderful outlook over the gardens. The pool was lovely and the delicious non-alcoholic cocktail served mid- morning was a delightful touch. The massage and spa was superb with thoughtful attention to details throughout. The food served at both breakfast and dinner was very high quality. Overall it has been a wonderful stay, as all of the above mentions but what has really stood out, throughout our stay, has been the attentive and friendly staff, thank you all for making our stay so memorable.

A well presented property with excellent facilities ( just a shame that access to the indoor pool is not available to guests without additional cost). Restaurant staff were excellent and the food was very good ( although at times over seasoned). We had a very enjoyable stay despite poor weather.

This is a fantastic hotel in the heart of Santa Cruz. We loved the expansive park across the street. My wife loved the pool and spa too. Carlos took great care of us. The rooms are spacious and top quality. We would stay there again.
