Nice location close to the tram. Can easily walk to the waterfront and bus station etc in a few minutes. Convenient to old town, plaza de Espana and food and shopping.

Lovely hotel.

City centre and close to many cafes, restaurants and plazas. Easy check-in, exceptionally helpful staff. Room was huge and well furnished. I was here on business for 2 nights and would recommend.

We were excited to stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, our experience was terrible. Upon arrival, we were told the bedding we requested wasn’t available. Instead of a queen bed, they gave us two beds pushed together and called it a king. They claimed it was an upgrade, but the AC in that room didn’t work. Parking was also advertised as available, but there was none—we had to park far away. When we complained and requested to cancel, they told us to contact Expedia. Expedia called the hotel, and the staff lied, claiming they had a better room for us and that parking was available—both false. After much back and forth, they showed us the room we originally requested. It was finally a queen bed, but by then, the trust was gone. They also said they’d include breakfast due to the inconvenience, but the next morning we were told we had no breakfast included—after already serving ourselves. It was embarrassing. Javier from the front desk had promised otherwise. On top of it all, the shower in our final room was clogged and didn’t drain properly. This hotel has potential, but poor management, lack of training, and dishonesty ruined the experience. Guests deserve better.

For the price, to be booked in a room that they openly admit will be very noisy from the roof top bar at night and the gym during the day, the place is not great!

The place is centrally located and modern. The room is comfortable and they have a terrace for drinks, tapas and music. Will return if back to Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

City break.

Typical city hotel. Clean enough, everything you need for a couple of nights. Breakfast not so good. Hot food not very warm, coffee in machine was fine. Bar prices over the top. Very central for the old town tram right outside the hotel.

Cockroaches in the hotel.

Everything was okay first two night till I am meeting cockroaches in the roof top area and my room. Interesting think is they accepted my complain about cockroaches but didn't return my next two night which is I left the hotel for the disgusting view. I told them charged two night which is I stayed and return my next two one. But still I didn't get anything and they don't want to return.

Nice room and clean, rooftop not from hotel

Location is excellent in the city center of Santa cruz. However, as many pointed out before, there is a night club at the top of the hotel, which luckily I was out of season hence it was only on saturday but then you need proper ear plugs to not have it affect your sleep. Second point is, they advertise the hotel with a very nice rooftop, however the people working there were not friendly and it is completely seperate from the hotel, meaning you need to consume there (4 EUR small beer, which is very pricy for Spain) and cannot just relax or work a bit up there. Which is fine, but then it should not be included as part of the hotel in the advertisements when you make a booking. The room itself was super large and clean which was excellent, also a very nice balcony, but no chair or something to sit on it and relax, which was a bit of a shame. Overall I think it is a decent hotel but few points pointed out because in the end it is 4 stars and quiet expensive, so these are important to highlight.

À fuir si vous espĂ©rez dormir. Je ne laisse jamais d’avis, mais cette expĂ©rience mĂ©rite vraiment un avertissement public. Nous Ă©tions venus passer quelques jours Ă  Tenerife pour nous reposer. Quelle erreur d’avoir rĂ©servĂ© cet hĂŽtel sans lire les avis ! À notre arrivĂ©e, nous dĂ©couvrons que notre chambre, au 6e Ă©tage, est situĂ©e juste en dessous
 d’une discothĂšque sur le rooftop. Oui, une discothĂšque au-dessus des chambres, dans un Ă©tablissement censĂ© ĂȘtre un 4 Ă©toiles. RĂ©sultat : vibrations toute la nuit, musique Ă  fond jusqu’à 4h du matin, cris dans les couloirs, clients ivres qui dĂ©ambulent dans l’hĂŽtel. Impossible de fermer l’Ɠil, mĂȘme avec des boules Quies (qu’on remercie tout de mĂȘme au passage d’avoir limitĂ© les dĂ©gĂąts). Le plus fou ? Ce problĂšme est signalĂ© dans les avis depuis 2022. Et rien ne change. Comment cet hĂŽtel peut-il encore prĂ©tendre au 4 Ă©toiles ? C’est dommage, car les chambres sont spacieuses et plutĂŽt bien Ă©quipĂ©es. Mais cela ne compense en rien le fait que dormir y est mission impossible. Si vous venez faire la fĂȘte toute la nuit, c’est peut-ĂȘtre l’endroit qu’il vous faut. Si vous espĂ©rez dormir

La stanza molto spaziosa e con finestre grandi, tanta luce naturale. Il materasso non era dei migliori, dovrebbero cambiarlo. Bagno spazioso ma pochi posti dove mettere le cose, senza una finestra e col ventilatore non funzionante. La doccia enorme. La posizione perfetta del hotel Ăš perfetta.
